Yes, instantly. Stripe prorates the difference automatically, with no penalties.

What happens if I cancel?+

You go back to the free 1 GB plan. We don't delete anything: you keep your files and can download or export them. If you exceed the free quota, the account becomes read-only until you free up space.

Is the space for my files or for the encryption?+

We measure the encrypted size stored, which is practically the same as the original (encryption adds just a few bytes per block).

Is it safe to pay?+

Payment is handled by Stripe from start to finish; Noctcom never sees your card details. And as always, your files remain unreadable to us.

What if I prefer my own server?+
